Green Freight Project is currently working with Department of Industries, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) for developing City Logistics Plan for Delhi. In this regard the first stakeholder consultation was organised on 23rd February 2023 for Fruits and Vegetable sector to understand the views, experiences, key challenges and bottlenecks observed by the key stakeholders involved in day-to-day business.

In this regard the first stakeholder consultation was organised on 23rd February 2023 for Fruits and Vegetable sector to understand the views, experiences, key challenges and bottlenecks observed by the key stakeholders involved in day-to-day business.

The consultation saw representation from Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC), Market Associations, Truck Transport Unions, Warehouse Operators Association, E-commerce platforms and Traffic Management Division-Delhi Police.

There was consensus reached on the key issues and challenges observed and now work in on-going to recommend the solutions and implementation of the same.
