EbA-measures-Infographic

In order to tackle the increasing impact of climate change, several tools have been developed to reduce the potential loss and damages. Of note is the ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA), which has emerged as a key instrument to help people to adapt to the adverse effects of climate change. Growing ever more important, the EbA measure has served as crucial link between sustainable resource management for the benefit of human populations and biodiversity conservation.
The below infographics, developed by GIZ-ECOSWat Project, explain in brief the concept of EbA employed to fight extreme water events like flash floods, landslides, and severe droughts.
